![]() How do i get this onto a file log to confirm whether Vb6.dlls are actually registered? For the Regasm.exe error, error i get is as follows i.e Unhandled Exception: : ons.SecurityPermission at .Run() at .Main(String aArgs) The type of the first permission that failed was:. Checking the registry, I saw that the critter was registered. I copied x.dll, x.pdb, and x.tlb to D:\ to reduce fat finger errors. ![]() I'm not able to paste the output as i can't see what's happening. I figured that I must have screwed up as that was a mighty dirty process. \\%1\c$\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v7\regasm.exe "\\%1\c$ \test1\entities\function.dll" /codebase >"file.log" where -> %1 having a parameter as serverA for %%x in (\\%1\c$\test1\entities\*.dll) do \\%1\c$\WINDOWS\system32\regsvr32.exe /s %%x >"file.log" Echo VB6 Dlls Unregistered. I have entered an extra command to shout once VB6.dlls are registered. So in this case the batch files are not run locally. The batch file seems to work locally but i wanted to write a batch file which can be run from anywhere.
